Rusty made his first "as is" offer to purchase the home I was selling in March. Due to Covid and other delays with the estate, we couldn't close escrow until November. During those months, Rusty was consistently in contact and diligent in making sure I had ALL the information needed to complete the transaction. Rusty has a great knowledge of the local area. He helped identify which areas of the house were important to the most likely type of buyer for my property, letting me focus my time and money on targeted, best bang for the buck, improvements before I relocated. I had already moved to a new town by the time the house sold but that did not cause any issues and the online tools were easy to use. A notary local to my new area was dispatched for the final signing and the process completed without additional stress (at least no more than the stress that comes with selling a house.) In the end I accepted an offer within a month and for above list price, in large part due to Rusty's advice during the negotiation phase.
